Communication between military officers and civil servants is also an important feature of MEPA. Through the National Defense Program and the Leadership with Decision Making Program, active duty soldiers have chances to learn and communicate with classmates who work in the public or private sector. Communication helps both military officers and civil servants mutually assist each other’s development. This opportunity broadens students’ horizons and experiences, promotes career development, and contributes to the needs of the state and society.
